Increasing speed to impact for global majority entrepreneurs with Web3
The primary building blocks of cooperation are trust and coordination. These are problems that blockchain technology - including distributed ledger technology, DAOs and cryptocurrency - is well suited for.
The transparency, auditability and cryptographic security of blockchain technology creates trust between people using that technology.
Empowering decentralized decision-making and transparent governance. Enhancing trust in nonprofits. Connecting stakeholders who otherwise might never meet, that they can realize a significant mutual benefit. This is the journey that SkysTheLimit.org is committed to.

Why Web3?
Quite simply, we believe that decentralized technologies can further our mission at SkysTheLimit.org. Humanity's story is one of cooperation — this ability to cooperate is what allowed our species to grow across the globe, build incredible wonders, and support a massive population size.
We are a tech nonprofit serving over 50,000 underrepresented young adult entrepreneurs through a combination of free business mentoring, entrepreneurship training, and startup grants.
We're on a mission to scale to serve 1 Million entrepreneurs — and we believe in the power of this technology to help us do just that.

What is Sky's the Limit?
SkysTheLimit.org is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities. Our mission is to build a global community where all entrepreneurs and their allies build meaningful relationships and grow together.
How many entrepreneurs do you serve?
We are a tech nonprofit serving over 50,000 underrepresented young adult entrepreneurs through a combination of free business mentoring, entrepreneurship training, and startup grants.
How long have you been working with blockchain technology?
In 2018, SkysTheLimit.org designed, built, and launched a private blockchain on IBM’s Hyperledger fabric in partnership with Accenture’s Blockchain Labs, fueled by a generous contribution of over $500k in cash and in-kind. STL’s build – our token, proposal queue, and voting system – was one of the first functional applications of blockchain technology in the nonprofit space.
What is the status of your DAO today?
In Q4 2022, we started building a beta version of our DAO. SkysTheLimit.org collaborated with Stand Together Foundation and Bankless Consulting in our shared ambition to demonstrate that blockchain technology can create value for the people we serve and our organizations.
Has your DAO produced any significant results?
We’re proud to share that STL has distributed $30,000 in startup grants through our latest Beta DAO. This experiment will inform the next stage of the journey to full decentralization.
