Founded by Andrea Etienne, Flock is a digital journaling platform built for real healing, real expression, and real community. Unlike traditional journaling apps designed for individual reflection alone, Flock creates a shared space for processing trauma, building healthy wellness habits, and growing in faith — together.

Andrea was inspired by her own lived pain and her search for accessible, affordable mental health support. Through Flock, she is making healing tools available to people who need them most, especially underserved communities who struggle to access mental health care.

At its core, Flock is a movement, empowering people to tell their stories, own their healing, and become the version of themselves they are called to be.

Bringing a wellness product to life requires strategy, structure, and support,  and Andrea was determined to build Flock the right way.

Sky’s the Limit played a pivotal role by providing mentorship from industry leaders, including Chris Loveless, Cully Platt, Bo Ghirardelli, and Nic Cary. She also gained confidence-building pitch coaching and business planning. She was able to gain resources and networks to expand early partnerships. And had a community of peers learning and growing alongside her. 

With guidance from the Accenture team and mentors who opened doors, Andrea was able to build a validated business plan, launch her digital platform, refine her financial and growth strategy, and win her first-ever grant through Sky’s the Limit, propelling Flock forward.

From idea to a real, functioning platform, this momentum became possible through mentorship, belief, and community support.
