Together we worked on refining my core service offerings, messaging and market positioning. Juan helped me think about what my customer journey entails. Lakshmi helped me clarify my messaging and additional value to use in presenting my offers. Nishant helped me think about untapped parts of my service offerings that are needs for my ideal client. Michael supported me in thinking through my customer journey, value proposition and pricing.
